Music Under Management (Mum)™ represents an array of award-winning catalogs, bands, artists, producers, composers, and creative directors that have led the industry for over 20 years.

Deborah is a working songwriter as well as a seasoned music executive — and that dual perspective is central to how she works. With more than 25 years of experience in music licensing, original music creation, and new business development, she is the commercial engine of MuM's sync practice and the driving force behind a client roster that includes some of the world's most recognized brands. When Deborah champions a placement, she does so with the understanding of someone who has also been on the creative side of that conversation. Her work has been recognized with Clio Gold, Shots Americas Gold, and LIA Gold awards, among others.

Mitch holds a Master's degree in Music from the University of North Texas and came to the business side of the industry as a practitioner: a working arranger, producer, and studio musician who understood production music from the inside before he began building the institutions that would define it. He is the co-founder of X-Ray Dog Music and served as Senior Vice President of BMG Production Music — two of the most significant roles in the production music genre's history. At MuM, he brings an unmatched commercial network and a musician's instinct for what makes a catalog endure.

The week he turned 16, Weston Pagano walked into the radio station of a local university he did not attend and signed up to DJ his own show. Now based in New York, he brings a decade of music supervision, production, and licensing experience from both sides of the industry, with previous roles at Leo Burnett, BMG, and Marmoset.

As a musician with experience across composing, recording, and sync licensing, Lara brings an understanding of both artists and music publishers to her role.
